About Floralyn:

Floralyn Perry has been leading small retreats for women for 30 years. She is retired from her practice as a mental health counselor, but still uses her skills to provide a supportive and nurturing environment in which to retreat. She believes that we can heal ourselves from the strains of daily living, by spending time in nature, slowing down the pace, and sharing with others in a supportive environment. Floralyn is also a stained glass artist and writer. Floralyn believes that life is a Journey and we should recognize and be grateful for the gifts that surround us and are within us.

About Deblyn:

Deblyn Russell is a long time friend and retreat facilitator with Floralyn. In her work- life she is the owner of Creative Connectionz, which focuses on the 3 ARTz; visual, performance and healing. She believes you should embrace yourself, and experience your own personal truth, harmony, health and manifestation of your Highest Good, as you love yourself and live your spirit. Deblyn’s high-spirited energy is an inspiration to lead a vibrant, passion filled life.

Suggested items to bring:
Sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes, swimsuits, water toys, hat, hiking shoes.
Camera, reading or personal art materials, musical instruments, songbooks, c.d.’s.
Personal toiletries, comfortable clothing, preferred snacks and beverages.
Fishing gear, raincoat, light jacket, flashlight, and pocketknife or whittling tools.
